This is a working bilingual front-desk agent for a Chinese-American acupuncture clinic. Try booking an appointment, asking about insurance, or asking a clinical question — in English, Mandarin, or both. The agent code-switches naturally and escalates clinical questions to a human practitioner.
Configured for a TCM/acupuncture clinic in this demo. Each real client gets a custom version for their specific specialty, tools, and patient base.
